In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance maintained within a player's zk888 Account, comprising Real Money Balance, Withdrawable Balance, and Bonus Balance as applicable.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player through approved payment methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by zk888 subject to wagering requirements as specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become withdrawable, expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x) of the bonus amount received.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, comprising submission and approval of a valid Pakistani CNIC document.
• "Session" means a single authenticated login period at zk888 commencing upon successful login and terminating upon logout or automatic timeout.

By registering a zk888 account, you expressly warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute, and you are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful in your location.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of zk888 or any of its associated game providers, software vendors, or payment processors.
• You are not self-excluded from gambling activities through any self-exclusion scheme you have voluntarily entered into.
• You have not previously had a zk888 account closed or suspended for any policy violation. Opening a duplicate account where a prior account has been suspended is a material breach of these Terms.

zk888 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. CNIC submission during the KYC process constitutes the primary age verification mechanism. Where the date of birth recorded on a player's CNIC indicates that the player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation and any outstanding balance will be held subject to legal review. zk888 cooperates fully with international regulatory requirements regarding underage gambling prevention.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the zk888 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and a date of birth. zk888 reserves the right to verify any registration detail at any point and to request supporting documentation.

KYC Verification Requirements: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, zk888 requires all players to complete Know Your Customer verification. Required documentation includes:

• Clear photographic copies of both the front and reverse sides of your valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot confirming that the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account is registered in your name).
• Additional documentation may be requested for withdrawals exceeding PKR 5,00,000 in any rolling 30-day period, including a bank statement or supplementary identity documentation.

Deposit Conditions:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• zk888 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are the sole responsibility of the depositing player.
• zk888 reserves the right to request evidence confirming the source of deposited funds in connection with anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your zk888 PKR Wallet. Players are responsible for verifying deposit amounts before confirming transactions.
• zk888 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or return any deposit at its discretion where fraud, money laundering, or policy violation is suspected.

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the player's own verified name, matching the identity confirmed during KYC. No withdrawal may be directed to a third-party account under any circumstances.

Minimum Withdrawal: PKR 500 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa; PKR 1,000 via bank transfer. Withdrawal requests below these minimums will not be processed.

Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are ordinarily processed within 30–60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are processed within 2–4 hours during normal operational periods. VIP Gold tier and above players receive priority processing with target completion times of under 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Only Real Money Balance (funds derived from player deposits, not bonus credits) constitutes withdrawable funds. Bonus Balance must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable status.
• zk888 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for withdrawals exceeding PKR 5,00,000 within any 30-day rolling period.
• zk888 does not apply withdrawal fees. Processing charges applied by the receiving payment provider are not within zk888's control.
• Withdrawals may be delayed where a player's account is under review for compliance, security, or responsible gaming concerns. zk888 will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

zk888 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time of promotion and form part of these Terms by incorporation. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions applicable to all zk888 promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. zk888 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for each promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion. The standard wagering requirement at zk888 is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period of the bonus. Unused or unmet bonus funds expire automatically upon the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10% of wager value; slots typically contribute 100%; sports bets typically contribute 100% but only on settled bets with minimum odds of 1.50. zk888 reserves the absolute right to: (a) modify the tier thresholds, benefits, and structure of the VIP Programme at any time with reasonable notice; (b) recalculate a player's tier status in the event of discovered policy violations; (c) remove a player from the VIP Programme in the event of account suspension or material breach of these Terms.

All games available on the zk888 platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen result and the zk888 server log, the server log shall be the definitive record of the game outcome.

All slot and RNG table games utilise independently certified random number generation software. Game RTPs are as certified and disclosed within each game's information panel. zk888 does not alter, influence, or override game outcomes.

Ezugi live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers operating within licensed studio environments. Game results are determined by the physical action of the dealer (dealing cards, spinning wheels) and are not subject to electronic manipulation by zk888.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to platform disconnection, browser crash, or game software error — zk888 will review the server log and resolve the session in accordance with the mathematical outcome at the point of interruption. Any wagers that cannot be resolved from server data will be refunded to the player's Real Money Balance.

The zk888 sportsbook provides betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international Test and ODI cricket, and T20 tournaments), football, UFC, and other sporting events. Sportsbook betting is subject to the following conditions:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, zk888 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's wallet.
• Minimum bet stake is PKR 50. Maximum bet stakes are event-specific and displayed prior to bet placement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to available markets. In-play odds are subject to rapid change and suspension. zk888 accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to market suspension during live events.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant sporting authority will ordinarily be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is completed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, in which case results stand.
• Cash out functionality is available on selected markets. The cash out value offered represents the current estimated value of the bet at the time of the request and is not guaranteed to be profitable relative to the original stake.
• zk888 maintains the right to limit stakes, void bets, or restrict sportsbook access for any player where match-fixing involvement, fraudulent betting patterns, or abuse of pricing errors is suspected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk888 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the zk888 platform, whether under your own identity or any false identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with zk888.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a zk888 account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated systems to interact with the zk888 platform in a manner inconsistent with natural human play.
• Colluding with other players during live dealer games or multiplayer gaming formats.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profit.
• Attempting to launder funds through the zk888 platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine wagering activity.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which you have placed a zk888 sportsbook wager.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zk888 staff members through any communication channel.

zk888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with the tools necessary to manage their gambling activity in a healthy manner. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered zk888 players from their account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your zk888 PKR Wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.

No element of the zk888 platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of zk888.

Game content provided by third-party providers (including Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and Microgaming) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to zk888 for use on the platform. Players acquire no intellectual property rights by virtue of their use of the zk888 platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk888's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zk888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, even where zk888 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

zk888 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond zk888's reasonable control (including internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions) may result in temporary platform unavailability. zk888 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

zk888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity.
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute by the player against zk888.
• Player request for account closure (which zk888 will honour promptly and free of charge).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held until the investigation is concluded. Where closure follows confirmed policy violation, zk888 reserves the right to forfeit all balances (including Real Money Balance where applicable legal obligations permit). These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zk888 is incorporated and licensed, as specified in zk888's gaming licence documentation. In the event of any dispute between a player and zk888 arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through zk888's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. zk888 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and issue a final response within 14 calendar days.

zk888 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, zk888 will provide players with at least 14 calendar days' advance notice by publishing the revised Terms on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, notifying registered players via their registered email address or mobile number.

Continued use of the zk888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document confirm the currency of the Terms you are reading. Historic versions of these Terms are retained by zk888 and available upon written request.
